More about the

Heide Museum of Modern Art

Once the home of Melbourne art patrons, John and Sunday Reed, Heide Museum of Modern Art, or Heide as it is affectionately known, is a unique combination of art, architecture, social history and landscape just twenty minutes from Melbourne's CBD. With three galleries, stunning architecture and fifteen acres of gardens and sculpture park to explore, there is something for everyone at Heide.

There are over 30 stunning sculptures to discover across the 15 acre site including works by Anish Kapoor, Anthony Caro and Neil Taylor. Jeff Thomson’s iconic Cows (1987) are a playful reminder of the museum’s dairy farm origins.

more about the

Rose St. Artists' Market

Roughly based on similar projects in London, Berlin and in particular the DUMBO Collective; a market set up by artists under the Brooklyn Bridge in New York – The Rose St. Artists’ Market utilises a former junkyard in the back streets of Fitzroy to display the work of up to 70 artists and designers each Saturday and Sunday, some emerging and some more established.

Since its inception, The Market has gained the reputation of being one of Melbourne’s hidden treasures, wowing people with the high quality of work on offer.
